Today is the 9th anniversary of Aaliyah’s death. I still miss her and I still listen to her music like she has a current hit on the radio. She truly was one of my biggest inspirations! Wild Girl fah true R.I.P Aaliyah.
RIP Aaliyah we LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU MUCH!!! She was truly an angel here on Earth and her music will forever live on.
S/N: Props to MTV Jams for playing her videos all day, schooling my 14yr old cousin on all her videos and records. I know there are many other younging out here who watch MTV Jams and getting to see what a great artist she truly was.

I’m 13, I was only 4 when she passed away. But she seems to have been a beautiful soul who had an amzing effect on people. RIP Aaliyah
I was at school so I didn’t get to watch the videos in the morning but I LOVE her she was/still is an inspiration to SO many people today including me! She inspires me to sing and also follow my dreams She will be truly, truly missed. <3

Everytime I think about Aaliyah (beside reminicing on how talented she was and how dope her music was) I think about how big she would be and what she could have done musically if she was still here. I know for a fact that she would’ve been right up there with Beyonce as far as her fanbase and popularity. She’d probably have like 4 more classic albums to add to the 3 she already had….smh. R.I.P. Babygurl
