I have been hearing great things about this movie.. and even though I have yet to see it… I want to know your views on it? Did you like it? … or do you plan on seeing it?

We just finished our final skit for the web series pilot today with our special guest and fab friend (did you guess who yet?). Tomorrow we have a meeting at Universal, a quick photoshoot for the intro and then finishing up some scenes with Laith. After that we wanna sit and chat with you guys sooooo bad! We feel terrible that the blog has become so blah and we wanna chat about why and how now more than ever we need you in our lives.

Venting of the Day

Do you remember the days when less attractive guys were the sweetest guys out there? ( not saying that more attractive ppl are mean but you know what I’m talking about. lol.) But this whole S W A G epidemic has people thinking they are all mighty or something! Now I’m not saying anyone has a pass to disrespect ppl, BUT when did having a swagger give you permission to be so damn rude! idk.. just something I’ve been noticing a lot lately.

Are you good at keeping secrets? Who do you tell? Is there ever a right or wrong time to keep to tell or keep secrets from people? This week we have our intern Torie Michelle joining us in the discussion, let us know your thoughts.   

It’s amazing how viewing videos of normal people can be so entertaining….  I mean this is where I found out about TGAW! YouTube has many topics to watch and even tutorials on how to do things…

What do you like to watch on YouTube? Which channels do you just absolutely love?

We had an extremely productive week this week on all of our journeys. Andrea has been in the studio recording (she is there today actually), I set a meeting with my agent for my book and we did a LOT of work on the pilot for our web series. Monday our friend Mike Warren from Everything That’s Fly was kind enough to let us record our show intro plus our spoof song at his wicked studio! Then Wednesday and Thursday we filmed all day (which has resulted in less than 4 minutes of finished footage..ya we still got a ways to go). This week we are filming our celebrity sketch with a famous friend of ours (I bet you can guess who), we are also filming sketch intros, a few more skits, some scenes with Laith and then we need to put visuals to the intro.

Here is where you can help! Up top is our show intro, we need some ideas on what visuals to add to it. And if you wanna be our super hero, maybe you can volunteer your super incredible video editing skills to do it for us (hey just thought I would put it out there).

 Make-Up!

I must admit that personally I have no clue how to apply make up. lol… I like being girlie sometimes but it’s just not something that was made in my DNA. When I saw intern Jhernelle on Facebook… her make-up was very beautiful, i must say!  It seems everyone is so crazy about make-up! I’ve been trying to get the hang of it.. but idk.. I might just be a lost cause. lol.

I did photography at a beautiful wedding this weekend and I wanted to share some of the shots, also while we are here and I have you in the lovey mood, who is up for a game of NAME THAT TUNE!! I have the lyrics to four classic first-dance-worthy songs below, how many can you name?

Inspiration of the Day

TGAW’s blogs about their “Journey to Greatness” has inspired me to do a lot of things I would have honestly n e v er been brave enough  to do before.

I made a video and applied for an internship with TGAW.. (just to let you know I’m a BIG juxtaposition very outgoing and WiLD but shy at the same time. lol) I decided to follow through on my dreams and aspirations… I would love to be singer some day… Now don’t get me wrong I’m not trying to be the next Beyonce (even tho she fabulous) But maybe a little more toned down like Marsha Ambrosius. lol.. But hey if it doesn’t happen for me.. at least I can say I TRIED my hardest … with no regrets…

Today is the 9th anniversary of Aaliyah’s death. I still miss her and I still listen to her music like she has a current hit on the radio. She truly was one of my biggest inspirations! Wild Girl fah true R.I.P Aaliyah.
